Paco has more than a decade of experience in exceeding expectations for internal & external customers in terms of SLAs & C-Sat Scores. He has built capability of teams, enabling people to achieve their KRAs leading to impact on businesses. His specialties are:

  2. Experience of pivotal project management roles in two of the largest L&D start-ups within organizations in India

Vikram Masand (Training Manager - Content Development)
Vikram joined us in March this year. He has been a distributor sales professional handling various managerial profiles. He has been a trainer for more than a year now.

As a trainer he has the ability to influence people to change for the better & be instrumental in the development of people. He believes that in today’s tough & competitive times it is training which would be the key differentiator between organizations; and the efficacy of training determines the pace of one's growth.

He holds a post graduation in business from Wigan & Leigh, UK and is married with a one & a half month old baby boy name Rehan.
Rupender Khaira (Training Manager - North Zone)
Rupender joined us on the 12th November 2007 as a Zonal Training Manager- North Zone. He has a total experience of 7 years.

Rupender is an extremely hardworking individual, a complete team player with excellent presentation skills.

He is an MBA from Symbiosis College, Pune.

His expertise lies in handling al trainings of insurance & financial services.

His motto is:

Mihir Shah (Training Manager - West Zone)
Mihir joined us in August 2007.He has been a trainer for 6 years. Mihir is a commerce graduate from the Mumbai University. He has also completed a certified program on LUTCF (Life Underwriters training council fellowship) from The American College in June 2007. He has a total work experience of 16 years with 10 years in sales of pharmaceutical raw materials and life insurance and 6 years in training. He has earlier worked for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Standard Chartered Bank.

His expertise lies in handling all trainings of banking, insurance & financial services businesses with key insights into sales team handling, relationship management & organizational development. He carries a strong penchant for skill based initiatives.

As a trainer he believes to channelize individual capabilities, for the organizational growth, through building upon the appropriate skills, and competencies.
Premal Pipalia (Training Manager - East Zone)
Premal joined us in June 2007. He has work experience of 9 years in sales & 4 years in training within financial services sector.

It is the tears of distributors on one shoulder & employees on other shoulder that gives him satisfaction as a training manager. He has the ability to inspire & motivate the distributors & simultaneously enthuse sales team on the field to make that extra degree of effort to become Best from good. He believes strongly in the philosophy of TRAINER-MOTIVATER-FACILITATOR-GURU.

He is married with two lovely kids namely Vedika 6 years old & son Hriday 2 years old.
Shyamac Jal (Training Manager - West Zone)
Shyamac joined us in April’07. He has been in sales for 6 years, in Pharma & Insurance industries. Have been handling training in various capacities since 3 years.

As a trainer his expertise is in Functional training.

As a trainer he has the ability to put forward the views & outlook of the organization & elevate the distributors & business partners for outperformance in their personal & professional life.

He firmly believes that the distribution & sales team have an edge with the training initiatives & this step would help create a healthy & ethical business relationship.
  Vishal Simon Joseph (Training Manager - South Zone)
Vishal joined us in April this year as manager training for the south zone in the sales & distribution team. He has been a trainer for more than five years now with various industries ranging from hospitality banking, petroleum and telecom retailing.

It has been his decision to bring his experience from these various industries and incorporate it in our organization to make it a leading organization in all aspects. He believes that people are the only things that matter in an organization. It is individuals who give shape to the brand vision and mission of an organisation.He considers it a privilege to be in a position that can influence the vary DNA of the organisation.

He has PG Diploma in Foreign Trade & International Marketing from IIMM. He is happily married and is a father of two lovely kids.
